Inventory Management supports Min Level tracking & Alerts, Expiry or Bad Inventory, FG & Scraps, Consumable Inventories, etc. Materials can be issued either automatically w.r.t WO or with FIFO method. All inwards can be inspected and report can be stored.
Production Module tracks the daily production, Production target & Achievement by operator, Quality tracking, Scrap Update. Quality report can be updated for each component or a batch. Provides consolidated reports on production, quality and scrap.
Invoices can be raised only for the FG ready Qty; Dispatch is updated based on Invoice and Kanban Slips (Packing Slips) are generated automatically based on the Dispatch. Receivables are tracked against the Invoice Date & Dues are clearly depicted.
